1. PURPOSE & SCOPE

These Terms of Use & Donation Conditions govern the relationship between 300FTR (300FTR-EU and 300FTR-US) and any user, visitor, or donor accessing www.300ftr.org.

300FTR is an international non-profit organization dedicated exclusively to civilian humanitarian aid and emergency medical relief. By accessing the site or submitting a donation, you agree to these terms in full.

2. EXCLUSIVITY OF FUNDS & NON-PROFIT NATURE

• Civilian Humanitarian Aid: All donations collected are strictly dedicated to funding medical supplies, emergency civilian equipment, and essential humanitarian assistance.

• Strict Military Exclusion: No funds or resources collected by 300FTR are allocated, directly or indirectly, to defense activities, military equipment, or dual-use goods.

• No Commercial Counterpart: Donations made to 300FTR are voluntary non-profit contributions. Donors do not receive any commercial goods, financial returns, or services in exchange.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING & SECURITY

Payments and donations are securely processed through licensed payment service providers and financial institutions (including Mollie and Qonto) compliant with PCI-DSS standards. 300FTR does not store raw credit card information or payment credentials on its servers.

4. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML/CFT) & SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

In compliance with international financial regulations, European Union laws, and US federal regulations:

• 300FTR systematically screens operations and partners against official international financial sanctions lists (including OFAC/SDN, EU Sanctions List, and French National Asset Freezing Register).

• Anonymous transfers exceeding legal thresholds or transactions originating from sanctioned territories or restricted entities are prohibited and will be rejected.

5. TAX RECEIPTS & REFUND POLICY

• Tax Receipts: Donation receipts and tax acknowledgments are issued to donors in compliance with applicable French tax laws (for 300FTR-EU) and US 501(c)(3) public charity tax regulations (for 300FTR-US).

• Finality of Donations: Donations to 300FTR are immediate and non-refundable, except in verified cases of technical error or confirmed unauthorized use of a payment method.

6. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

• Matters involving 300FTR-EU are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

• Matters involving 300FTR-US are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
